Notices of Claim and Summonses and Complaints
The universities (ASU, NAU or UArizona) are not authorized to accept service of lawsuits or notices of claim naming the ÌÇÐÄTV¹ÙÍø or its universities. The board has designated the following person to accept service of lawsuits or notices of claim on behalf of the board.
